Ingredients:
Ready-made puff pastry sheet
Wholegrain Mustard
Rashers of cooked, diced bacon
Grated Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Pumpkin Seeds
1 egg (Egg wash)

A delicious Cheese, Bacon and Pumpkin Seed Cheese Straws recipe that is perfect to share around at Christmas time.
Method:
To make these straws heat the oven to 180
Roll out a sheet of shop-bought puff pastry
Spread some wholegrain mustard over the pastry then top with grated cheese and 4 rashers of cooked, diced bacon.
Cut the pastry into inch-wide strips then twist 3-4 times
Grate some parmesan over the straws and top with pumpkin seeds
Brush the top with some egg wash then cook for 20 minutes
