For up to 15 cake pops:


  • 2 packs of @oreo
  • 150g Chocolate / Vegan Chocolate
  • 40g cream (vegan cream works too)
  • Lolly Sticks


  • 1 pack Red Candy Melts
  • 40g Aquafaba (water from a chickpea can!)
  • 150g Icing Sugar
  • 1/8tsp Cream of Tartar
  • Black gel colour

Santa Cake Pops

Delicious Santa cake pops that are scrummy for all the family to enjoy.



Crush the two packs of Oreos, next melt the chocolate and cream together to make a ganache and mix with the crumbs.

Next form into little balls either by hand or using a cake pop mould.

Dip your lolly sticks into the chocolate and poke into each ball-Refrigerate.


Melt your candy melts, loosen with some vegetable shortening if needed.

Next dip each pop into the candy melts and leave upright on a lined tray.

Pop these back into the fridge to set.

Next, whip up the Aquafaba with the Cream of Tartar and Icing Sugar until it reaches a school-glue consistency. Take out a third and colour black with a gel paste. Next using the white icing, pipe on a fur-like swirl at the bottom of the cake pop and use the black to add button details to the pops. Next adorn with gold edible glitter paint (optional).
